Our Mission
“Create a new standard of patient care in psychiatry that is based on objective data and clear science.”
We develop pharmacogenetic algorithms and technology to help patients receive appropriate antidepressants at correct dosages without prolonged medication trials or unnecessary side effects, delivered by expert psycho-pharmacists.
Our approach uniquely assigns a pharmacist to each patient who explains results, clarifies medication ineffectiveness, and recommends treatments.

How It All Began
The Founder's Journey
Mark Faiz experienced a personal turning point 30 years ago when a close friend's life was impacted by mental health challenges. This inspired his 20-year self-education journey, ultimately convincing him that mental illness is fundamentally a brain disorder requiring specialized approaches.
2014
Mark and two genetic scientists founded a pharmacogenetic testing company
2017
Recognized existing genetic testing wasn't effective for mental health patients
2018-Present
Developed “second-generation pharmacogenetics” investigating metabolic genes, brain receptors, and pathway interactions with proprietary algorithms
