Our cancellation and refund guidelines
Personalized Prescribing Inc. maintains a refund policy reflecting direct costs at different cancellation stages. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.
Non-Refundable Expenses
The following expenses cannot be refunded:
- Credit card processing charges (3%)
- Kit costs
- Shipping fees
Cancellation Stages
Before Kit Dispatch
Only the 3% credit card charge is non-refundable.
After Kit Dispatch
Non-refundable costs include credit card fees, kit expenses, and one-way shipping. Customers must destroy kits rather than return them.
After Sample Return
No refund is processed once the kit has been used and sent back.
Sample Failure
Customer Error
A replacement kit costs $50
Laboratory Error
A new kit ships at no charge
Refund Processing
Refunds return to the original payment method within 21 business days of the request.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- Email info@personalizedprescribing.com if issues persist
