You may now request your pharmacogenomic test.

1. Order and pay for your test. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to RBC Life for reimbursement if you are eligible for coverage.
2. Upon receipt of your test kit, follow the instructions included. Return your completed test in the pre-paid postage package provided to you.
3. Within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your swab sample, Personalized Prescribing Inc. will notify you that your pharmacogenomic test report is ready to download.
4. Submit your receipt to RBC Life for reimbursement if you are eligible for coverage.
